"Bad for is better than no food." That is the wrong way to think. i an a cage fighter my self, with 6 fights under my belt, soon to be 7 next week. sure eating no food isnt good for you but neither is eating bad food. at the gym where i train at i have access to the knowledge of a professional nutritionist. when sticking to a strict diet plan like what you have eating processed food will make things bad. processed food contains MSG's, which i'm sure you have heard of. they will bloat the stomach and expand food. also when you eat healthy your body "cleans" itselfs out of all bad nutrients and the body will strengthen itself and when you eat something processed it messes up the whole balance of things. you may not think or notice it at first but it can make you lose muscle dexterity and lose some cardio. trust me on this.
